You will be asked to input data from your charts regarding 18- and 24-month well child checks that you conducted over the last 30 days. Please be prepared to have this information ready. As a reminder, you are required to submit 3 data sets over the course of the project. All data is due by 5 am MT on the morning of the meeting(s) you plan to attend. Questions?
