ECHO Veteran Care for Substance Use Disorders

ECHO Idaho’s Veteran Care for Substance Use Disorders series provides a virtual platform for clinicians and public health professionals to understand how substance use is affecting the Veteran population across the state of Idaho, and how to address it.

Led by an interdisciplinary panel of experts specializing in substance use disorders, including expertise in addiction medicine, counseling, psychiatry, and social work, this series helps participants learn and implement best practices for treating Veteran patients with substance use disorders. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in interdisciplinary conversations and case-based learning. These hour-long, virtual sessions are a convenient and interactive form of learning designed to be immediately applied to your current practice.

Target Audience

This series was developed for primary care providers (MD, DO, PA, NP, RN), counselors, social workers, public health professionals, and community organizations, but all clinicians are welcome.
