School Resources Officer for Blaine County School District and President of the Idaho Association of School Resource Officers

Morgan is the current President of the Idaho Association of School Resource Officers. As a law enforcement trainer and nationally recognized expert in K-12 emergency preparedness, he has had the opportunity to train more than 20,000 law enforcement officers, educators, and students in evidence-based and trauma-informed school safety practices. Morgan is currently a Doctoral Candidate pursuing his Ph.D. in the field of Emergency Management with a focus on K-12 schools.
