Blaine County Sheriff Elect and President of the Idaho Association of School Resource Officers

As a law enforcement trainer and nationally recognized expert in K-12 emergency preparedness, he has had the opportunity to train more than 20,000 law enforcement officers, educators, and students in evidence-based and trauma-informed school safety practices. Morgan is currently a Doctoral Candidate pursuing his Ph.D. in the field of Emergency Management with a focus on K-12 schools.
