Michele Preuss is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Idaho. She works full time as a school social worker at an alternative high school for students at risk of not graduating. She works primarily with adolescents ages 14-19 who have histories of (and/or present struggles with) trauma, mental health, learning disabilities, and addiction. She also maintains a small private practice where she utilizes IFS-informed practices with both adolescents and adults. She is trained in teaching the Community Resiliency Model (CRM) which is a biological model of well-being that teaches neuroscience and wellness strategies that are accessible to everyone. When not working, you can find Michele spending time with her husband and son in the mountains - hiking, biking, skiing, or trail running.
