Glenda Carr, PharmD
Clinical Associate Professor, Idaho State University
Dr. Glenda Carr graduated from the University of Montana in 2000. Before joining Idaho State University (ISU) in 2002, she completed general practice residency at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System and a year-long specialty residency in ambulatory care at the William S. Middleton VA Medical Center in Wisconsin. At ISU she provides instruction on immunizations, hypertension, and contraception and coordinates the Pharmacy Problem-Based Learning series for the second-year pharmacy students. Since joining ISU she has maintained an active clinical practice within FQHC sites. Her current practice site is at Full Circle Health in Boise and Nampa. In addition, to providing education and support to medical residents and direct patient care, she is an active team member in the Comprehensive Clinic, which provides treatment to those seeking care for hepatitis C, PrEP, medication assistance therapy for substance use disorder and gender affirming care.
