Ian Troesoyer, DNP, APRN, FNP
Ian Troesoyer works as a nurse practitioner at Southeastern Idaho Public Health, where he has also served as Clinical Services Director and a staff epidemiologist. He provides primary care for people across the lifespan, but has special focuses on family planning, STIs, tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, and evidence-based preventive health. He received his Doctor of Nursing Practice from Idaho State University and completed his doctoral project analyzing stakeholder attitudes towards legalizing syringe exchange in Idaho in 2019. He is a graduate of the year-long Informatics Training in Place Program offered by CDC and the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists. Outside of public health and primary care, Ian is passionate about sortition and land value taxation. He loves spending time with his family, adventuring outside, and playing music.
