Internist and Addiction Medicine Specialist, Saint Alphonsus Medical Center

Dr. Megan McCarren is an internist and addiction medicine specialist.  She completed her undergraduate training at the University of California, Los Angeles; graduate education in public health at the Harvard School of Public Health;  medical school at the University of Southern California; residency in internal medicine at the University of Washington in Seattle; and fellowship in addiction medicine at the University of Utah.  She is an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry (Addiction Medicine) at the University of Utah.   She has a passion for empowering healthcare professions in addiction medicine through education!
