Kelly moved to Twin Falls, Idaho, in 2003 from Alaska. She volunteered in a medical clinic for seven years and decided to get her BS in Healthcare Administration. After obtaining her degree, she started working as the Executive Director for the Idaho Chapter of the American College of Physicians in 2013.
