Join the Maternal and Child Health Program of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, and Comagine Health for the annual IDPQC Summit. This free summit is open to anyone actively engaged with the IDPQC, and anyone interested in future engagement or implementation of other maternal quality improvement initiatives.

Target Audience

Anyone actively engaged with the IDPQC and anyone interested in future engagement or implementation of other maternal quality improvement efforts.

The following professions can receive continuing education credit for participating in the summit:

  • Physicians (AMA PRA Category 1 Credit)
  • Nurses and nurse practitioners (ANCC)
  • PAs (AAPA Category 1 CME)
  • Psychologists (APA)
  • Social workers (ASWB ACE)

Professionals outside the above disciplines will receive a certificate of credit for the number of hours they attended the summit.

  • 5.00 AAPA Category 1 CME
    The University of Idaho, WWAMI Medical Education Program has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 5.00 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.
  • 5.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit
    The University of Idaho, WWAMI Medical Education Program designates this activity for a maximum of 5.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
  • 5.00 ANCC
    This activity is approved for a maximum of 5.00 continuing nursing education (CNE) contact hours.
  • 5.00 APA
    Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP). The APA CEP Office maintains responsibility for the content of the programs.
  • 5.00 ASWB ACE Credit
    As a Jointly Accredited Organization, The University of Idaho, WWAMI Medical Education Program is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. Social workers completing this course receive 5.00 continuing education credits.
