ECHO Opioids, Pain and Substance Use Disorders (2025)
2nd and 4th Thursdays, 12:15 – 1:15 p.m. MST
In 2019, the CDC reported an average of 130 opioid-related deaths every day in the US, which means more people are now dying from opioid use than either car accidents or gun violence.
ECHO Idaho’s longest running program is designed to help you learn best practices for treating complex patients with chronic pain, opioid use disorder and/or other substance use disorders. Featuring a specialist panel of interdisciplinary subject matter experts specializing in chronic pain, addiction medicine, psychiatry, social work, nursing and pharmacy, we connect you with peers throughout the state to talk about successful approaches for patients with opioid use disorders.
These sessions open a space for clinicians to share knowledge and resources for providing whole-patient care in the identification and treatment of pain, opioid and substance use disorders.
You will need an account in order to enroll in ECHO Idaho sessions. If you don't have an account, use the Create Account button to set up your account.
